This was my first treatment with Alisha. I’d been having trouble with shoulder and it was recommended I booked an appointment by a friend at the gym. I’ve had lots of massages before but this was completely different, Alisha listened to my concerns and tailored the massage specifically. It was very thorough and even after just the one treatment l can feel the difference, I have already booked in for my next session. She explains what she will do before beginning which is really helpful. The massage was amazing and Alisha really focused on my problem areas. 2489marcus75 days agoI had my second visit to Alisha today. I had my first neck, back and shoulder massage around 6 weeks ago and had to book another. Alisha is very lovely and made me feel at ease as soon as I stepped in the front door. I, again, left feeling totally relaxed and de-stressed. I've made a 3rd booking in another 6 weeks and my wife will be having her first experience tomorrow. I cannot recommend Alisha highly enough! 🧘♂️Posted on Google

Aimee West146 days agoI had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The therapist Alisha was incredibly professional and created such a warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and Nerve damage so we discussed the areas I needed pain relief in. Alisha was able to pinpoint the exact problem areas straight away. Alisha started with cupping therapy to release built-up pressure and tension, then she did deep tissue massage to work on my back, shoulders, and hips, and quickly realised the fascia was extremely tight in those areas. The massage work Alisha did in those areas brought huge relief and noticeably improved my movement and tension levels. I’ve honestly had better results with Alisha than with any physio treatment I’ve ever received. The level of care, attention, and knowledge was exceptional. On top of that, Alisha is so friendly, caring, and genuinely invested in helping me feel better. I left feeling lighter, relieved, and completely looked after. You can instantly tell how experienced and knowledgeable she is, she made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything so well throughout. He suffers from plantar fasciitis, and since seeing her regularly, he’s experienced noticeable relief and improved comfort when walking. Kirsty Williams202 days agoI recently had a pregnancy massage with Siam, she had gone to the trouble of providing a pregnancy pillow and a heated table which just left me feelinng cacooned and really relaxed. Siam was able to identify troublesome areas and worked on the more challenging ones several times throughout the massage. From the moment I arrived, Alisha made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She took the time to explain what lymphatic drainage does and how it helps the body remove toxins, reduce swelling, and support overall wellness, and took consideration of my needs. Her knowledge and professionalism immediately put me at ease. The massage itself was incredible. Alisha’s technique was gentle, rhythmic, and very precise movements were incredible. Despite the light pressure, I could feel the treatment working, and my whole body felt lighter and less tense afterwards. What really stood out was how attentive she was throughout the session. Focusing on deep knots and lymphatic drainage with stretching. The technique was outstanding, something I’ve never experienced before. My back was massaged in places I never knew could be!! Really need to spread the word about Siam holistics because Alisha is just fantastic and will go above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling totally relaxed and loose. I booked in for a Swedish massage, not knowing exactly what kind of treatment I would need. Alisha took the time beforehand to really understand my lifestyle, habits, health, and where I was holding any pain, and explained clearly what treatment would suit me best. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing and effective, and afterwards she went through the aftercare advice and what we should focus on next time. Samantha Arthur261 days agoIf you’re debating which therapist to use, Stop! Use Alisha at Siam Holistic Therapy in Llanelli. Alysha is phenomenal in her role and uses her vast experience in ensuring you walk out of there feeling as new as you’ve ever felt. Alisha has treated me for a while now and I’ve tried many therapists both locally and further afield but I will always return to Alisha. Most recently j had a major flare up of sciatica and I could barely move let alone walk for 6/7 weeks. After paging out over £90 to a local chiropractor who spent just 15 minutes on me, said he couldn’t really do much so I enquired with Alisha. After two treatments, I wasn’t in anymore pain and I was able to make my family holiday after thinking I’d had to cancel it. Alisha listens to you and can tailor any treatment to suit you. She covers so many things in just an hour session, I cant recommend her enough. She is trained in so many things and that shows in her work. I've been to alot of massages over the years and she by far gives the best results. The massage is at her home, you recieve a warm welcome, a drink of water and you can park outside. Sasha Holmes284 days agoTMJ Work - just wow. I received a face, head, neck & shoulders massage with a strong focus on my jaw, something I have been having tension in for a number of years. Now discovering fascia release massages, Alisha provided instant relief for the tension and pain in my neck and jaw whilst doing a lot of work on the TMJ. Instantly, but also a few days later, my head now feels lighter and immensely less tense, I now have less tension in my neck too. This can be quite intense for a few minutes during the treatment, but that’s fascia release, and just for those few moments, it is really worth it. I prefer deep pressure, although I’m sure Alisha will tailor this to your needs and her professional view. Definitely worth thinking about if you struggle with things I have mentioned. She is so knowledgeable and knew exactly the pressure points to ease my pain. There is a very relaxing environment at her treatment room and the oils used were amazing.
